    The Council at their Meeting in March 2020 resolved to amend the Parking Local Planning Policy, to modify parking ratios for residential developments. The purpose of this policy is to define standards for car parking for non-residential and residential developments.     The Council at their Meeting in March 2020 resolved to adopt the Waste Management Local Planning Policy and Guidelines. The policy details the requirements relating to waste management and minimisation to be considered in the design of any proposed development as per the City’s Waste Management Guidelines.     This policy provides laneway requirements for the establishment of an east-west laneway between 92 and 94 Smyth Road, Nedlands and 33 and 35 Langham Street, Nedlands.
