Parking LPP Adopted March Council Meeting

The Council at their Meeting in March 2020 resolved to amend the Parking Local Planning Policy, to modify parking ratios for residential developments. The purpose of this policy is to define standards for car parking for non-residential and residential developments. The report to Council can be found on the City's website under Council/Agendas, Minutes and Reports.

Please note that the residential parking ratios require approval from the Western Australian Planning Commission in accordance with Clause 7.3.2 of the Residential Design Codes Volume 1.

The City will review and advertise local planning policies on a case-by-case basis depending on the extent of the changes and in line with the Deemed provisions.
