Draft LPP - Smyth Road, Gordon Street and Langham Street Laneway and Built Form Requirements open for comment
The Council at its March 2020 Special Council Meeting resolved to prepare and advertise for a period of 21 days the Smyth Road, Gordon Street and Langham Street Laneway Local Planning Policy.
This policy provides laneway requirements for the establishment of an east-west laneway between 92 and 94 Smyth Road, Nedlands and 33 and 35 Langham Street, Nedlands.
The policy is available for comment and viewing in the document library.
