Community Facilities Survey

An essential part of how the City best manages its Community facilities is to understand the way clubs and groups are currently using them.

Only an authorised representative from the club, group or organisation is able to complete the survey. For community groups/clubs this would typically be the President, Secretary or Treasurer.

This survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
