Community Reference Group - Expressions of Interest Form

Before completing this application form, it is important that you have read the Community Reference Group Terms of Reference.  

In submitting this form, it is considered signed and the terms set out in the Terms of Reference have been agreed to. 

Expressions of Interest close 5pm, Friday 23 July 2021.

Please Note : A limit of one (1) person per Expression of Interest per household will be accepted.

The City of Nedlands is inviting key stakeholders to submit an Expression of Interest in being a member of the Hollywood Hampden Precinct Plan Community Reference Group. All interested community members are required to complete the Expression of Interest form to be considered for membership in the Hampden/Hollywood Precinct Plan Community Reference Group.  

The Expression of Interest applications will be assessed by an engagement facilitator appointed by the City, based on selection criteria as outlined in the Terms of Reference.
