Before completing this application form, it is important that you have read the Site Assessment Working Group Terms of Reference.  In submitting this form, it is considered signed and the terms set out in the Terms of Reference have been agreed to.

The City of Nedlands is inviting residents and/or property owners in Swanbourne to submit an Expression of Interest in being a member of the Site Assessment Working Group. 
All interested community members are required to complete the Expression of Interest form to be considered for membership in the Site Assessment Working Group by 5pm Saturday 26 September 2020.  

The Expression of Interest applications will be assessed by the City of Nedlands and appointed by the City, based on selection criteria as outlined in the Terms of Reference.
