Register to Attend

A Community Information Session will be held on Wednesday 18 November 2020 from 5pm – 6pm at the JC Smith Pavilion located on Melvista Avenue (opposite Thomas Street). The City staff will be available to provide an overview of Scheme Amendment No.7 and the proposed changes and answer any questions you may have relating to the Scheme Amendment. 

Due to current limits placed on indoor gatherings and the capacity of the meeting room, all interested participants will be required to RSVP to attend this information session. Those that have not registered their attendance for the Information Session will be turned away due to capacity limitations.
