Amended Plans have now been received for the proposed development at 13 Vincent Street, Nedlands.
The City is providing the opportunity for you to find out more about the revised plans and to provide a submission, as follows.
What has happened so far?
On 29 January 2020, the application received for the development of 15 apartments (multiple dwellings) at 13 VIncent Street, Nedlands.
Public advertising of the proposal was conducted during February 2020.
The application was considered by the Metro Inner-North Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) on 11 May 2020, where it was approved.
What happens next?
Amended Plans have now been submitted by the applicant. Pursuant to regulation 17A of the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Regulations, the applicant may apply to the relevant responsible authority to determine an amended JDAP application.
What are the changes?
The majority of the proposed changes relate to Building Code of Australia compliance matters. The only exception being an additional 200mm in building height.

The City’s duty planning officer will be available to assist with general enquiries on this application during business hours, either in person at the City’s Administration Office (71 Stirling Highway Nedlands) or by phone 9273 3500.
Feedback received will be taken into consideration in the development of formal recommendations by the City to the DAP who will make the final decision on the proposed development.
