Do you live near Vincent Street, Nedlands? If so, you may be interested in the proposal for fifteen multiple dwellings at 13 Vincent Street, Nedlands.

The City is providing a number of opportunities for you to find out more and to provide a submission, as follows.



How can you get involved, find out more or provide feedback?

  • Download the development plans and supporting information from the document library
  • Attend one of two Community Information Sessions at the Adam Armstrong Pavilion (David Cruickshank Reserve, Beatrice Road, Dalkeith) on Monday 10 February 2020. The sessions will be held at 5.30-6.00pm and 6.15-6.45pm.
    Please complete an RSVP here for each person attending by Friday 7 February to ensure that the session is adequately resourced.
  • Complete a submission.
    If you make a submission you will be invited to attend the meeting(s) that Council considers and determines the application.

Don't forget to visit this page and read the Newsfeeds to stay updated on the progress of this project.

  • JDAP Meeting Scheduled - Livestream details

    The Metro West Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) meeting has been scheduled for 9am Monday 11 May 2020 for determination of this application.

    Due to recently issued proximity guidelines regarding COVID-19, the JDAP meeting will be live streamed via audio teleconferencing via Zoom. Should you wish to make a presentation to the meeting, this form is required to be filled out and returned to the DAP secretariat.

    The City has received amended plans for 13 Vincent Street, Nedlands and the Responsible Authority Report (RAR) is due Tuesday 28 April 2020.

    All updated plans and documentation can be viewed in the document library.

    A development application has been received by the City which requires advertising in accordance with the City's Local Planning Policy - Consultation of Planning Proposals. The City is inviting comment in relation to a proposed ten multiple dwelling development.
