Do you live in the Broadway, Nedlands area? If so, you may be interested in the revised proposal on a parcel of land at 135 Broadway, Nedlands.
On 14 August 2019, the City received an application for a seven-storey building comprising of 26 serviced apartments and a ground floor cafe which was refused by the Metro-West Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) on 18 December 2019.
The applicant has since appealed this decision to the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) and following mediation has submitted amended plans. Due to the timeframes imposed by SAT, the advertising period to comment is limited.
Submissions closed at 5pm on Wednesday 4 March 2020. Please note, late submissions cannot be accepted.

The Metro West Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) meeting has been scheduled for 9am Friday 3 April 2020 for final determination of this application.
Due to recently issued proximity guidelines regarding COVID-19, the JDAP meeting will be live streamed via audio teleconferencing via Zoom. Should you wish to make a presentation to the meeting, this form is required to be filled out and returned to the DAP secretariat.

If you made a submission, you will be invited to attend the meetings that Council discusses the report and also the Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) meeting where the panel makes their decision.

An application for review was lodged with the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) on 18 December 2019. As JDAP was the decision maker, the City will not be respondent in this matter.
