Revised plans available for inspection and comment
The applicant has appealed the decision to the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) and following mediation, has submitted amended plans, available for viewing in the document library.
The proposed amendments as presented in the submission are summarised on the right hand side of this page.
Due to timeframes imposed by the State Administrative Tribunal, the deadline to complete a submission is Wednesday 4 March 2020.
If you make a submission you will be invited to attend the meetings that Council discusses the Responsible Authority Report and the JDAP meeting where the panel makes their decision.
