Welcome to the City's dedicated page for existing and future laneways within the City!
The City is currently creating an overarching plan in relation to the widening of existing laneways and the creation of future laneways throughout the City but in particular which service properties that have been up coded/rezoned under Local Planning Scheme 3 (LPS3).
This page provides more details about the ways in which the City is using a series of planning instruments to develop and implement a holistic approach to the management and creation of laneways throughout the City.

- Previous submissions on proposals have been directed through the Local Planning Policy page. As of Monday 8 June 2020, any policies in relation to laneways will be available for viewing and comment via this page.
