    Hi John,

The City’s initial assessment, which may change when a final assessment is complete shows 2.57:1. The default plot ratio is 2:1.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi Emma,

The original proposal prepared by Administration in 2016, was for Mixed Residential which had special control provisions apply, A copy of the superseded Scheme is provided in the link below:

    https://www.nedlands.wa.gov.au/sites/default/files/2016%20Special%20Council%20Meeting%20Attachment%20-%20DRAFT%20Local%20Planning%20Scheme%20No.3.pdf

The WAPC then made modifications and made it R160, which was then advertised in 2017 and later approved in April 2019.

I trust this answers your query.

    Kind Regards,
    Josh

For most elevations, the development is for five-six storeys. However, one small corner of the development there are technically seven storeys. This technicality is likely to be remedied by the applicant.

The City won’t complete the full assessment of the proposal until after the conclusion of advertising and comments received from the Architect peer review.

The City will be able to better respond to question regarding the built form at the Community Consultation Session.
