Do you live on Louise Street, Nedlands? If so, you may be interested in the proposal to construct a seven storey multiple dwelling development at 17-19 Louise Street.




The multiple dwelling development comprising 37 residential apartments and basement level parking includes:

  • Casual dining and lounge rooms
  • Pool and pool deck
  • Gym
  • Outdoor seating
  • BBQ area
  • Residents community garden
  • Extensive landscaping with deep planting on structure zones

The City is providing a number of opportunities for you to find out more and to provide a submission, as follows.

Submissions closed 5pm on Friday 13 December 2019.

  • Complete a submission.
    If you make a submission you will be invited to attend the meeting(s) that Council considers and determines the application.

    The City has lodged the Responsible Authority Report (RAR) with DAP, and the meeting has been scheduled. The RAR, development plans and supporting information can be viewed here.

    The Metro West Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) meeting has been scheduled for 9am Thursday 9 July 2020 for determination of this application.

    This DAP meeting will be conducted by electronic means open to the public rather than requiring attendance in person. The meeting will be live streamed via audio teleconferencing via Zoom. Should you wish to make a presentation to the meeting, this form is required to be filled out and returned to the DAP secretariat.

    The City has received updated architectural plans and are available for viewing purposes only in the document library. Upon lodgement the Responsible Authority Report (RAR) and supporting documentation will be published on the Development Assessment Panel website in accordance with the Development Assessment Panel Regulations 2011.

    The current deadline for the RAR is 29 April 2020, however is subject to change.

    Details of the JDAP meeting and how to make a deputation will be published shortly.
