The Proposal
The City of Nedlands has recently received an application for a mixed-use development.
The proposal can be summarised as follows:
36 multiple dwellings comprising:
8 x one bedroom apartments;
6 x one bedroom plus study apartments;
14 x two-bedroom apartments;
8 x three bedroom apartments;
126m2 commercial tenancy fronting Broadway with a proposed land use of ‘Office’;
Shared vehicle access from Broadway, accessing two levels of parking (ground level and basement level)
71 car parking bays which include:
59 resident car parking bays;
6 resident visitor parking bay;
6 commercial parking bays; and
Communal open space adjoining the western (rear) lot boundary.
