Extension of Time granted until the 28th November 2019 for the report to be provided to the Development Assessment Panel. The additional time has been granted to allow the submission of additional information and amended plans to address concerns from the City, Main Roads and Heritage Council.

Submissions have closed on this consultation.
The City is currently working through submissions and reporting back to the applicants. The City’s officers are required to address your submissions in the reporting to the Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) and the applicants invited to do so as well. If you provided a submission on this application, you will be invited to view the report a week prior to presentation to Council and JDAP. Please note that the reporting dates have yet to be finalised.
