Are you a volunteer with the Nedlands Volunteer Program? The City is undertaking a survey to identify your level of satisfaction with the service provided.

The City is keen to find out if you are satisfied with your volunteering and ways we can improve the service to you. Your responses will be considered as part of the planning of activities for 2019-2020.




The Nedlands Volunteer Program offers people to the opportunity to volunteer within the City of Nedlands organisation. Internal volunteers work in various programs and services across the City including:

  • Access Working Group
  • Arts Committee
  • Audit and Risk Committee
  • Bushcare
  • Local Studies-Nedlands Library
  • Nedlands Community Care
  • Nedlands and Mt Claremont Library
  • Nedlands Volunteer Resource Centre
  • Point Resolution Child Care Centre
  • Youth Advisory Council

How can you get involved, find out more or provide feedback?

As a member, you can participate by:

    The City conducted the User Satisfaction Internal Volunteer Satisfaction Survey 2020 during 20 February - 6 March 2020.

    169 Volunteers were invited to participate.

    79 survey responses received in 2020.

    The survey consisted of 9 questions (most relevant listed) and satisfaction % rating below:

    • Effective use of volunteers time and skills -84%
    • Volunteer Induction - 81%
    • Volunteer training - 82%
    • Valued and appreciated as a volunteer - 85%

    OVERALL % Satisfaction - 83%
