Strategic Community Plan - Creating Nedlands 2027

What would take our City to the next level? We want to hear from you! Our last plan has been in place for four years and we have exceeded expectations. Not only have we made substantial progress on the community's key priorities (such as roads, footpaths and community facilities), but we have found ways to work smarter to keep rates increases lower than anticipated.

So our plan is making a difference! And it reflected what a lot of community members shared with us back then. Now it is time for us all to review progress and reset the priorities for the decade ahead. Make sure your voice is heard!

Join us in creating Nedlands 2027

City of Nedlands residents, ratepayers and businesses are invited to find out what the City has achieved so far through strategic planning, plus learn more, and have a say in the future direction and priorities for the City.

I have a couple of items of feedback:
1. Carrington park should be a family park not one for the dogs. Please ensure there is a family bbq installed so everyone can use it. it would be good if we could have more family seating areas and bbq on the eastern end, rather than just the western end.
2. Underground power should be installed across the full City area.
