Why is the City consulting on parking in the West Melvista Precinct?
Temporary parking restrictions were introduced in 2023 to manage increased demand during construction of The Melvista Nedlands aged care development. With construction now complete, Council is reviewing whether these restrictions should remain or revert to the former conditions. This consultation ensures residents have a say in the long-term parking arrangements.
