Leon Road, Dalkeith (between Victoria Avenue and Robert Street) - Footpath upgrade
The City will be undertaking an upgrade of the Leon Road footpath (north side), between Victoria Avenue and Robert Street from Monday, 4 September 2017 for a period of up to three weeks.
The works will involve the removal of the slab footpath and replaced with a 1.5 metre concrete footpath on the north side of Leon Road.
During the works, the City will also be closing sections of the footpath. These closures plus the works being undertaken will affect access to some properties. The City will work with property owners during this time to assist with any access issues.
Changes to reticulation on the verges are not required for this project, however if you are a resident or property owner, please check your reticulation once the work has been completed. Any damages must be reported within two weeks of completion of the works. If the City damages any reticulation it will carry out repairs.
If you have any concerns, please contact the City's Project Manager, Jim Bray on (08) 9273 3500, or email yourvoice@nedlands.wa.gov.au.
Please see the News and Notices Page for all City updates.
