The City is progressing a series of Amendments to Local Planning Scheme No. 3.

There are three types of Scheme Amendments; Basic, Standard and Complex defined in the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015. Basic Scheme Amendments do not require advertising whereas Standard Scheme Amendments are advertised for 42 days and Complex Scheme Amendments for 60 days.

This site provides all notices of drafted Schemes and provides you with the opportunity to give feedback. Community input provides valuable information to assist the Council in making decisions on Scheme Amendments.
