The City is inviting comment on our Retention, Acquisition, Improvement and Disposal of Land Policy
The policy is for the purpose of to assisting Council to make informed, accountable, and transparent decisions when considering its landholdings. The policy aims to provide a framework in which the City can consider best and highest use of its land-asset portfolio, whether it be through ‘financial value’, ‘social value’ or ‘environmental value’. The policy will form the basis of the City’s Land Investment Strategy, which is currently in development.
Community input provides valuable information to assist the Council in making decisions to approve the policies.

You will be required to be a registered participant in order to submit your comments. If you have not already registered, please use the "Register to be involved" tab at the top of this page.

Late submissions will not be accepted.
