Draft Precinct Plan available for viewing and comment

At the Council Meeting of 24 September 2019 and in accordance with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 Schedule 2, Part 2, Clause 4, the City of Nedlands resolved to prepare and advertise the Nedlands Town Centre Precinct Plan Local Planning Policy, for a period of 21 days.

The purpose of the Policy is to identify key elements that need to be realised in order for the Town Centre to develop in line with the City’s vision and strategic objectives.

The draft Policy is available for comment and viewing via the Document Library.

Closing date for submissions is 5pm Saturday 4 April 2020. No late submissions will be accepted.
