Waratah Avenue Laneway Local Planning Policy

The Council at their Special Council Meeting in March 2020 resolved to adopt the Waratah Village Laneway Local Planning Policy. The policy provides laneway requirements for the establishment of the Waratah Village Laneway. The report to Council can be found on the City's website under Council/Agendas, Minutes and Reports.
