Local Planning Policy Doonan Rd Laneway Policy - Adopted  26 May 2020  

The Council at its May 2020 Ordinary Council Meeting adopted the Doonan Rd Laneway Policy Local Planning Policy in accordance with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 Schedule 2, Part 2, Clause 4, following community consultation. Please note that this policy requires approval from the West Australian Planning Commission in relation to modification of State Planning Policy 7.3 Residential Design Codes Volume 1 in accordance with clause 7.3.
