212 Stubbs Terrace, Shenton Park - Tavern & Restaurant (DA23-90261)

The City has received a development application for a two storey tavern and restaurant at 212 Stubbs Terrace, Shenton Park. As the land is reserved 'Railways' the application will be determined by the Western Australian Planning Commission with advice from the City of Nedlands. The development proposes the following:

Two storey building
225 patrons
Cafe service from 6:30am - 2pm (maximum of 30 patrons)
Restaurant/Tavern service from 4pm - late (weekdays) & 12pm - late (weekends).
Nil on site parking
