The City has received a State Administrative Tribunal Section 31 Reconsideration order for the abovementioned development application at 161 Broadway, Nedlands. The City is re-advertising the proposal to the public because it seeks approval for 0.9m high raised sound reduction panels installed above the 2.1m high boundary fencing.
