The Proposal
The City of Nedlands has recently received an application for four multiple dwellings.
To discuss the proposal with City Officers during business hours you may contact the City’s Urban Planning Team on (08) 9273 3500 or email planning@nedlands.wa.gov.au.
Additionally, a City Officer will be available afterhours to review plans and discuss the proposal in the City’s Council Chambers on 2 November 2023 at designated times between 4 and 6pm, by appointment only.

The City will notify in writing all nearby property owners and occupiers of this development as required by the City’s Local Planning Policy for Community Consultation for Planning Proposals.
