The City of Nedlands is inviting your comments on a Development Application (DA) at No. 43 Napier Street, Nedlands.
The Proposal
The City of Nedlands has recently received an application for a three storey building comprising 3 multiple dwellings.
The proposal can be summarised as follows:
- Three storey residential development comprising 3 multiple dwellings and a basement car park.
- 7 car bays, with 6 car bays for exclusive use of the residents.

Additionally, a City Officer will be available afterhours to review plans and discuss the proposal in the City’s Council Chambers on 9 August 2023 at designated times between 4 and 6pm, by appointment only.
