The City has received a JDAP development application for ten grouped dwellings at 3-5 Bruce Street, Nedlands.

How can I make a comment about the proposed Development Application?

The submission period has concluded. The City notified in writing to all nearby property owners and occupiers of this development according to the City’s Local Planning Policy for Community Consultation for Planning Proposals. This also included a community information session on 8 March 2023.

Feedback received will be taken into consideration in the development of formal recommendations by the City to the DAP who will make the final decision on the proposed development.
