The Proposal

The City has received an amended development application for the above, which proposes introducing balconies to two units of an approved development.

The balconies will be located above the roof of the car stackers and are screened to prevent direct overlooking.

The amendments require advertising in accordance with the City’s Local Planning Policy for Community Consultation for Planning Proposals. The City is now inviting comment in relation to the amended balconies.

To discuss the proposal with City Officers during business hours you may contact the City’s Urban Planning Team on (08) 9273 3500 or email planning@nedlands.wa.gov.au.

Additionally, a City Officer will be available afterhours to review plans and discuss the proposal in the City’s Council Chambers on 6 April 2022 between 4 and 6pm, by appointment only.
