Development Application - 17-19 Louise Street, Nedlands (DA24-99154) Amendment

The City of Nedlands is inviting your comments on a Development Application (DA) at 17-19 Louise Street, Nedlands.

The Proposal

The City of Nedlands has recently received an application for an amendment (alterations) to an existing DAP approval for a six storey Residential Development (DAP/19/01699).

The City has received amended plans for the proposal (dated 25 October 2024). The plans modify the initial design in the following ways:

• Amalgamation of two apartments on the fourth storey
• Subsequent façade changes as a result of the amalgamation of the two apartments

The City will notify in writing all nearby property owners and occupiers of this development according to the City’s Local Planning Policy for Community Consultation for Planning Proposals.

Feedback received will be taken into consideration in the development of formal recommendations by the City to the DAP who will make the final decision on the proposed development.
