The City of Nedlands is inviting your comments on amended plans for a previously approved Development Application (DA) at Lot 372 (No. 12) Philip Road, Dalkeith.
The Proposal
The City has recently received amended plans for the previously-approved proposal of 10 x Multiple Dwellings at 12 Philip Road, Dalkeith.
The proposal is an amendment to a previous application (DAP/20/01922) approved by the Metro Inner-North Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP).
The amendments proposed can be summarised as follows:
- The total building height has increased by 285 millimetres
- Minor amendments to ramp and car park gradients
- Minor amendments to window dimensions
- Minor amendments to Level 3 apartments
- Minor amendments to roof terrace
- Pedestrian door to rear wall of car park.
- Roller door to rear wall of carpark

How can I make a comment about the proposed Amended Plans?
The City will notify in writing all nearby property owners and occupiers of this development according to the City’s Local Planning Policy for Community Consultation for Planning Proposals.
Stakeholders are invited to submit feedback online.
Feedback received will be taken into consideration in the development of formal recommendations by the City to the JDAP which will make the final decision on the proposed development.
