What has happened so far?
On 14 October 2020, the City received a JDAP Application for a Mixed-Use Development comprising of 22 Multiple Dwellings and an Office

The application was considered by the Metro Inner-North Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) on 17 March 2021, where the item was deferred for a period of 120 days (by 15 July 2021), to allow the applicant to reconsider the design of the development, focusing on:
Pot ratio and interface to the lower zoned property to the west;
Interface and design of the proposal to Broadway; and
To consider universal access to the lift lobby

Amended Plans have now been submitted by the applicant following JDAP's decision to defer the application for the reasons stated above. These plans are to be considered by JDAP before 15 July (date to be confirmed).
