The Proposal
The City of Nedlands has recently received an application for a six storey mixed use development comprising 38 residential apartments and an office located at No.93 & 95 Broadway, Nedlands. The proposal can be summarised as follows:
8 x three bedroom apartments
14 x two bedroom apartments
16 x single bedroom apartments, with 9 containing a study
1 x office tenancy located at ground level
64 residential car parking bays including 6 residential visitor car parking bays
4 commercial bays, plus 1 ACROD bay
How can I make a comment about the proposed Development Application?
Feedback received will be taken into consideration in the development of formal recommendations by the City to the DAP who will make the final decision on the proposed development.
