JDAP Meeting Outcome

This application was deferred at the Metro Inner-North JDAP meeting on Wednesday 26 August 2020 for a period up to 90 days in accordance with section 5.10.1a of the DAP Standing Orders 2017, for the following reasons:

• To allow the applicant to reconsider the design of the development, focusing on plot ratio and height.
