The Proposal

The City of Nedlands has recently received an application for a residential development located on the corner of Jenkins Avenue and Louise Street.

The proposal can be summarised as follows:

• 7 x Grouped Dwellings
  • Two storey in height
  • 7 x three bedroom dwellings
• 6x Multiple Dwellings (Apartments)
  • Three storeys in height
  • 6 x three bedroom dwellings

• Vehicle access from Jenkins Avenue to basement parking for all dwellings

How can I make a comment about the proposed Development Application?

The City will notify in writing all nearby property owners and occupiers of this development according to the City’s Local Planning Policy for Community Consultation for Planning Proposals.

Stakeholders are invited to submit feedback online.

Feedback received will be taken into consideration in the development of formal recommendations by the City to the DAP who will make the final decision on the proposed development.
