Consultation has concluded.
In accordance with section 3.59 of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Nedlands is giving state-wide public notice that it proposes to enter into the following major land transaction:
- Entry into a Head Lease with the State of Western Australia for the lease of 120 Esplanade, Dalkeith (being Lot 502 on Deposited Plan 418496), with an area of 5508sqm (‘Leased Premises’) for the term of 21 years, with an option to renew for a further 21 years; and
- Entry into a Sublease between the City of Nedlands and Tawarri Hot Springs Pty Ltd for the Leased Premises for a term of 21 years (less one day), with an option to renew for a further 21 years (less one day).
The City has prepared a business plan for the proposed Major Land Transaction and is inviting the community to complete a submission. Submissions close 4pm, Friday 23 July 2021.
Please note: This submission is not for the Development Application and is related to the Business Plan.
