Initial feedback closed - Detailed design now finalised

Thank you to those community members who provided feedback during consultation on the Mount Claremont Village Precinct Upgrade.

What has been completed so far?

The final design reflects both technical requirements and valuable community input and will help guide the delivery of the precinct upgrade.

What happens next?

The completed design is being used to prepare the Request for Tender (RFT) documentation, which will be released to the market to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to undertake the works.

Following the tender process, a contractor will be appointed and a construction schedule developed.

The City will continue to keep the community informed as key project milestones are reached, including contractor appointment and anticipated construction timeframes.
