Invitation to provide a submission
Ramsay Health Care are proposing to construct and operate a new Mental Health Unit at Hollywood Hospital on their property at 101 Monash Avenue, Nedlands. The mental health unit is located on the eastern side of the property and will replace some of the existing buildings on the property.
If you would like to provide a submission, please complete this submission form before 5pm on Tuesday, 29 January 2019.
Please remember that the compulsory fields must be completed to ensure your submission is valid.

- The capacity in which the submission is being made.
Your submission will need to state if you have objections, no objections or comments on the proposed variation(s).

Council will have regard to your submission when providing its recommendation to the Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) for determination.
