Monash Avenue - Brick Paving Footpath Upgrade

CLOSED: This project has concluded.

Civcon will be carrying out footpath improvement works on Monash Avenue, Nedlands, on behalf of the City.

Works will commence Monday 6 July 2020 and will include:

  • Verge demolition and kerb removal;
  • Installation of new concrete kerb;
  • Installation of new brick paved footpath / hardstand area;
  • Installation of new concrete aprons; and
  • Driveway accommodation works.

Works will be undertaken between Monday to Saturday, between the hours of 7:00am – 5:00pm.

The works should be completed within a two-week timeframe; however, this is dependent on the weather and resources. Please note that some preparatory works will need to be undertaken outside of these dates and may include service location and paint markings.

Please be informed that the east bound lane will be closed during the works, and commuters are advised to follow detour signs and plan ahead to reach their destination. A copy of the diversion route can be viewed in the document library.

Should you have any further enquiries, please contact the Site Supervisor Chris Bredice on 0477 169 409 or alternatively the City’s Representative, Paul Beasley (08) 9273 3500.
