Are you a smoker?

The City has received customer enquiries regarding users of Carrington Park smoking at the playground.

Section 107(c) of the Tobacco Products Control Act 2006, provides the City with the power to enforce no smoking within 10 metres of playground equipment.

Please note, that there are signs at all playground areas in parks within the City indicating no smoking.
