The City undertakes a large Capital Works program each year including project areas such as:

  • Road Resurfacing & Rehabilitation;
  • Parks Development & Enviro-scape Master Planning;
  • Playground Design and Upgrades;
  • Foreshore and Natural Areas Management;
  • Streetscape Enhancement;
  • Footpath Rehabilitation/Upgrades;
  • Parking Facilities;
  • Lighting;
  • Major Projects.

Here at the City of Nedlands we strive to ensure the community is satisfied and we endeavour to constantly improve our processes and services.
