Key points from CRG Workshops 1

The engagement process for the Waratah Village Precinct area has now commenced, with our nominated CRG members coming together on two occasions to start the conversation about the future look and feel of Waratah Village.

The key points from Workshop 1:

• An overview of the planning framework and key built form design guidelines was provided by the City’s planning team;
• Group discussions were held regarding the existing character of the Waratah Village Precinct;
• The CRG reviewed and discussed the draft Desired Future Character Statement.
