The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) has received an application to develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.

Site: No. 26 (Lot 35) and No. 2 (Lot 36) Seymour Avenue, Shenton Park

Proposal: The proposal for Lot 35 comprises a Residential Building with 72 Multiple Dwellings (apartments). The proposal for Lot 36 comprises a Mixed Use Building with 226 Multiple Dwellings (apartments) plus a café and shop.
