    Please note that the advertising has closed on 1 January 2019 for this proposal which is currently with the Department Planning Lands and Heritage (DPLH) for determination.

    The Western Australia Planning Commission (WAPC) has received an application to develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.

    Lot: Montario Quarter - Lot 37 on Plan 413758

    Street: Selby Street

    Suburb: Nedlands

    Proposal: Eight-storey mixed use development incorporating 15 retail and commercial tenancies and 157 residential apartments.
