Point Resolution Reserve - River foreshore restoration - Update

CLOSED: This discussion has concluded.

This project is continuing well. July was a busy month for revegetation work, with the control of invasive weeds and installation of brush walling along the north western boundary. 1200 fringing foreshore local provenance species were installed behind the brush wall in early July. Also 2300 dryland species were planted along high sections in the bush through the reserve.

The City hosted the School Tree Day with Dalkeith Primary School to plant another 1200 foreshore species on 26 July. Ongoing maintenance and weed control will continue in the coming months.
