Point Resolution Greenway
Work is progressing on the Greenway project at Point Resolution with signage installed and site preparation underway including the initial control of grass weeds and the installation of fencing. These are the first steps in progressing the converting a section of the reticulated lawn area to native garden with low-growing, locally occurring native shrubs and ground covers.
This project is part of a larger project to enhance the existing Greenway corridor at Point Resolution Reserve, by increasing the area of bushland.
This project will assist with the City’s aims of protecting biodiversity, reducing erosion, providing improved habitats, connectivity for local fauna and increasing the City’s capacity to absorb greenhouse gas emissions.
