Peace Memorial Rose Garden Heritage Arbor Refurbishment

A refurbishment of the historic Peace Memorial Rose Garden arbor has commenced. The roses have been pruned to avoid any damage, and the irrigation and electricity has been disconnected. On-ground works are expected commence from 8 June 2016 with temporary fencing to be installed the week prior.

This work is being undertaken by experienced contractors, with support from the State Heritage Council and heritage engineers.
