Nedlands Community Care - Affinity Club
The annual customer satisfaction survey for participants in the Nedlands Affinity Club has now closed. The survey aimed to identify the level of satisfaction with the service provided to its members, in particular the activities program provided along with receiving suggestions for new activities as a way of engaging long-term and new members to our Club.
The Nedlands Affinity Club is part of The Nedlands Positive Ageing program which was formed to offer health enhancing activities that are stimulating and at a nominal cost.
The Club offers the opportunity for seniors to sample something new and make new friends. It has a 'can do' attitude to life and enhances the wellbeing of our members. Members participate in weekly and monthly activities, which range from a walking group, to table tennis, yoga, Tai Chi, line dancing to iPad for seniors. Talks are held with members of the community, members see movies together and attend social events.
Feedback will be collated and considered as part of the planning of activities for 2017. The outcomes of the survey and updates will be provided on the News Feed tab on the engagement page.
